PURPOSE: A cap tilting system of a truck is provided to prevent a cap from being tilted by an outsider without permission by preventing tilting of the cap unless entering the inside of the cap. CONSTITUTION: A cap tilting system of a truck comprises a tilting cylinder the tip of which is hinged to the lower part of a cap to push the cap up or down; a hand pump manually pumping a fluid and forcibly sending the fluid to the tilting cylinder; an electric pump operating by the electric pump operating by power source applied through an electric tilting switch installed in the cap, and forcibly sending the fluid to the tilting cylinder; a tilting switching valve switching the tilting direction of the tilting cylinder by switching a passage connecting the hand pump and the electric pump to the tilting cylinder, to forcibly send and collect the fluid; a latch releasing restriction of the cap restricted to a frame by the pressure of the fluid pumped by the hand pump; and a tilting control valve installed in the cap, to selectively connect the discharge side of the hand pump to an oil tank of the hand pump or to the tilting cylinder.
