PURPOSE: A system for the product order and the customized production through the Internet, and a method thereof are provided to order the product fit to the buying desire of a user by directly selecting a design and a function of the product through an assembly simulation on the Internet, and produce/supply the product by planning a production schedule according to the design and the function. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting/receiving part(21) transmits/receives all data of a buyer(10) and a producer(30) through an interface. A member management database(22) stores/manages the information for the buyer and the producer. A product information database(23) stores the product to be produced by the producer, and the design, the function, and the price information needed for selection and production. A virtual assembly program(25) provides the assembly simulation for enabling the buyer to assemble/produce the product by using the product information database. An order management database(24) manages an order sheet and the order information needed for ordering the product made from the virtual assembly program.
