PURPOSE: Provided are diet dried-laver and a method for manufacturing the same by mixing corn oil, salt and hot pepper oil, coating the mixture on the surface of laver and roasting the laver. Therefore, the manufactured diet dried-laver maintains the characteristic taste of the laver, and has extended storage and increased nutrients and palatability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing diet dried-laver is characterized by the steps of: preparing 40-50 bundles of dried-laver having high quality; coating 18L of hot pepper oil on the surface of every sheet of the dried laver; sprinkling 0.5-1% of salt to the hot pepper oil coated laver; and heating the salt-sprinkled laver in a drier at a high temperature of 135-150 deg.C for 2-3 seconds and vacuum-packing it. |
