摘要 PURPOSE: A damper is provided to reduce pneumatic resistance with a viscous fluid by passing the viscous fluid in a gap, while reducing a damping force applied to a top, then to integratedly rotate the top and a bottom by rotating the top in certain direction, thereby changing torque according to a rotational direction. CONSTITUTION: A housing is charged with a viscous fluid. The first rotor(30) is rotatively received within the housing, and is transmitted a rotational force outside. The first connector(32A) is formed in a section of the first rotor(30). The second rotor(20) is received at a live spindle of the first rotor(30) to be rotated within the housing. The second connector(24A) is formed in a section of the second rotor(20), integratedly rotates the second rotor(20) with the first rotor(30), and forms a gap having a certain interval between the first connector(32A) and it such that the viscous fluid can pass through in the gap. An elastic member is elastically supported in a rotational direction where the first connector(32A) is connected with the second connector(24A), and accumulates an elastic force while the first connector(32A) is disconnected from the second connector(24A).
