PURPOSE: A mobile communication base station management device having an application process distributed processing structure is provided to distribute application processes, and to assign reception message queues to each distributed process, then to process packet data through message ID numbers, thereby stably executing an operation of a BSM. CONSTITUTION: Plural application processes(5A-5B,6A-6B) are distributed, and are processed through each message ID number of application processes(4A-4N) having the same functions. Plural message queues(7A-7B,8A-8B) are connected to the plural application processes(5A-5B,6A-6B), respectively, and store received messages. A DCI(Data Communication Interface) block(9) transmits a received message signal to the message queues(7A-7B,8A-8B) connected to the corresponding application processes by analyzing a message ID number of a message received from an NE(Node Element). |
