PURPOSE: A system for transmitting text information and voice information, and a method therefor are provided to simultaneously receive text information and voice information, and to collect proper response information by retrieving requested information, then to transmit the collected response information to a terminal in text information type, thereby automatically informing a user of the text information and the voice information. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) connects calls or inputs information through a PSTN. A PBX(200) sequentially responds to the calls of the user terminal(100), and equally distributes the calls. A PSMSC(300) supplies an SMS in a wired network. A TVRS(Text-Voice Response System) server(400) automatically informs of a voice and a text at the same time, or simultaneously responds to the text and the voice, and supplies a text response or an SMS. A database(500) supplies files or data. A file server(600) retrieves a file or information at the request of the TVRS server(400), and supplies the retrieved file or the information. |
