PACKET SIGNAL PROCESSING METHOD USING FIXED IP ADDRESS AND ACCESS POINT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A packet signal processing method using a fixed IP address and its AP(Access Point) are provided to check only a destination IP address of a received packet signal and transmit it to a destination by assigning the same IP address to every AP which a user want to use. CONSTITUTION: A fixed IP address is assigned to an AP to be used first and a mobile terminal is informed accordingly(S1). A wireless interface unit of the AP receives a packet signal from an arbitrary terminal and transmits it to a controller(S2). The controller analyzes an arbitrary packet signal received from the wireless interface unit to recognize a destination IP address(S3). The controller determines whether the destination IP address of the packet signal is a fixed IP address of the AP(S4). If the destination IP address is a fixed IP address, the controller determines the received packet signal as a voice packet signal(S7). A switching system receives a voice signal and a phone number of a destination phone set and connects a call to the destination phone(S8).
