PURPOSE: A fan motor structure is provided to reduce the thickness of a fan motor and prevent vibration and noises by manufacturing the fan motor structure into an axial type. CONSTITUTION: A fan motor structure comprises a base frame; a cup shaped housing(161) coupled to the center of a motor base; a PCB(162) arranged on the motor base; a coil assembly(164) arranged on the PCB by winding a coil; a bearing(167) arranged in the housing; a rotating shaft(166) arranged on the bearing; a cooling fan(165) coupled to the top of the rotating shaft; and a magnet(169) arranged on the bottom of the cooling fan in such a manner that the magnet is opposed to the coil assembly.
