PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for attaching magnets for a motor are provided to achieve improved work efficiency by attaching a rotor frame and magnets in a single process, while accurately fixing the magnets to a motor housing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for attaching magnets for a motor comprises a support board(100); a magnet fixing board mounted on the support board; a heating unit arranged on the peripheral part of the magnet fixing board; and a rotor frame fixing member arranged on the magnet fixing board in such a manner that the rotor frame fixing member is movable in a vertical direction. The magnet fixing board includes a cylindrical support portion mounted on the support board; and four fixing pieces(220) arranged on the support portion in such a manner that the fixing pieces are slidable toward the center of the support portion.
