PURPOSE: An engine mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to enhance durability of the vehicle and NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) performance by securing sufficient rigidity for transverse rolling of an engine for the vehicle and for movement in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting structure of a vehicle has a first mounting assembly(9). The first mounting assembly comprises a first auxiliary bracket(3) and a second auxiliary bracket(5) mounted to a vehicle body(1) along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a third auxiliary bracket(7) connecting the first and second auxiliary brackets from the upper and lower sides of the first and second auxiliary brackets toward the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The first and second auxiliary brackets form a trapezoid section extended in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The third auxiliary bracket has a roll-mounting hole.
