PURPOSE: A temperature sensing apparatus of washing water is provided to prevent a temperature sensor from rusting by contacting washing water indirectly. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing apparatus(66) of washing water includes a temperature sensor and a sensor housing(84). The temperature sensor measures temperature of washing water in a tub. The sensor housing is installed to an open hole formed to a side of the tub. The sensor housing encloses an outer side of the temperature sensor not to contact washing water directly. Therein, washing water of an outer tub(56) contacts a main body of a housing. Temperature of washing water is transmitted to the temperature sensor through a protruded portion(90) of the main body of the housing. Consequently, the temperature sensor is prevented from rusting. |
