PURPOSE: A golf club shaft and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve equally mass ratio, bending strength, distortion strength and shock resistance by complementing the defects of metal materials and carbon fiber composite, to reduce manufacturing costs without any separate mandrill when molding, and to prevent any inferiority by deformation occurred during the process of separating from the mandrill, so that the manufacturing process is simple and the manufacturing time is less required to increase the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The golf club shaft comprises an inside member(110) made of metal materials and being a tapered pipe shape having a predetermined length; and an outside member(120) made of carbon fiber materials and wound about the circumferential surface of the inside member(110) at a predetermined thickness. A reinforcing material made of plastics which is hardened from a liquid to a solid in the atmosphere is impregnated in the outside member(120) so that the outside member(120) is combined with the inside member(110) as one. |
