PURPOSE: A hot wind is provided inside of a vacuum chamber to attach a sticker to a small material easily and to dry the sticker with the hot wind. CONSTITUTION: In a sticker attaching device for a portable material, a housing is composed of an air passage to flow air, a vacuum chamber(20) to place a small material positioned with a sticker, a hot wind port(28) providing hot wind to the air passage, and a lid(16) hinged to the upper part of the vacuum chamber. A vacuum motor is positioned in one side of the housing to discharge hot wind outside of the vacuum chamber for a certain time by a control signal.
