PURPOSE: A method for the video loan consultation is provided to offer convenience to a customer through the online and make a bank secure the identification of the customer more certainly. CONSTITUTION: As the customer and a consultant are logged in, a certified IP(Internet Protocol) is respectively allotted to the customer and the consultant(S4). As the customer inputs the corresponding particulars to a form of a customer registry and a loan contract needed for a loan, the inputted particulars are checked(S8). As the input particulars are verified, the customer enters a customer waiting room(S9). As the consultant selects the customer in the customer waiting room, the consultation between the customer and the consultant is performed(S14).
