PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of an extended release formulation using a pelletizer, to reduce the loss of drugs possibly caused by the manufacture of formulations, and produce formulations having a uniform drug content. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an extended release formulation using a pelletizer is characterized by the steps of: preparing a filament by extruding a composite containing drugs; and pelletizing the filament into a pellet.
