POWER LINE COMMUNICATION MODEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A power line communication modem is provided to save time for development and enhance applicability by using a BPF(Band Pass Filter) instead of an ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit). CONSTITUTION: A DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(101) outputs square waves in a chirp form. A BPF(103) removes unnecessary components in signals outputted from the DSP(101) and passes only signals corresponding to frequency of certain band. An amplifier(105) amplifies pulse signals which have passed through the BPF(103) to such a level as to be available for power line communication.
