PURPOSE: A water is supplied by pressing a pressing button to move a piston attached in an inner circumference, and the piston is returned by an elastic force. CONSTITUTION: An water saving device is composed of a body(100), a water supplying portion(200) and a pressing portion(300). The body is formed with an inlet hole(110) and a discharge hole(120) to flow water. The water supplying portion is provided to discharge water by pressing a button and moving piston shutting an opening. The piston is returned to its original position by an elastic pressure of an elastic portion. A pressing portion is provided to open and close the water supplying portion.
