PURPOSE: An apparatus used in an automatic falling test for a steel plate is provided to obtain uniform data for a destruction test of the steel plate without requiring high skill of a worker by automatically performing the destruction test. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus used in an automatic falling test for a steel plate includes a test room(100), a hoist(200), a hammer(300), a hammer lock(400), a cooling part(500), a transport part(600), a computer(700), and a PLC(800). The test room(100) includes a two-layer structure for performing a falling test. The hoist(200) is installed in the test room(100). A hoist-mounted plate is installed in the test room(100). Therefore, the hoist(200) is mounted on the hoist mounting plate. A hammer carrier of a lower side of the hoist mounting plate is connected to the hoist(200).
