PURPOSE: A device for filling foaming agent is provided to prevent the foaming agent from flowing out after filling the foaming agent. CONSTITUTION: A device for filling foaming agent is composed of a plug member(10) mounted to a filling hole(13) formed on a vehicle body(11) and having an insertion hole(15), an injector(20) inserted into the insertion hole and injecting the foaming agent, and a containing member(30). The containing member is installed at the lower part of the plug member, and contains the foaming agent injected through the insertion hole.
