PURPOSE: A clutch device of a vehicle is provided to facilitate tuning of a clutch pedal operability, reduce an engine noise, prevent stall of an engine in instantaneous power supply by controlling hydraulic pressure generated from a pump by a solenoid and operating a clutch. CONSTITUTION: A clutch device of a vehicle comprises a potentiometer(120) generating voltage proportionally to pedal stroke if a driver steps on a clutch pedal(110); a pressure sensor sensing hydraulic pressure of a release cylinder(150); a control part(130); and a hydraulic pressure adjustment part(140). The control part compares the voltage generated from the potentiometer with a first reference value and outputs a control signal for supplying a fluid of predetermined hydraulic pressure to the release cylinder if the voltage and the first reference value are identical, and then outputs a control signal for cutting off the fluid supplied to the release cylinder if the pressure sensed from the pressure sensor is the same as the predetermined hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic adjustment part generates or cuts off the fluid according to the control signal output from the control part.
