PURPOSE: Provided is a modified polyol dispersion-polymerized with a polymer, which has improved mechanical properties and can synthesize polymers which are light and excellent in mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: The modified polyol dispersion-polymerized with a polymer is produced by a process comprising the steps of: adding 0.01-3wt%(based on the weight of the polyol) of an initiator and 0.1-10wt%(based on the weight of the polyol) of a dispersing stabilizer to the polyol and mixing; adding 5-50wt%(based on the weight of the polyol) of reactive monomers to the polyol to polymerize, wherein the reactive monomer is methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene, vinyl phenol, vinyl chloride, and etc.; removing non-reacted monomers. The polyol contains 0.01-0.50wt%(based on the weight of the polyol) of unsaturated double bonds in the main chain or the branched chain.
