The device comprises of a sheet plate assembled in quadrilateral form and posed on a hearth barbecue. A mechanically adjustable drive system has skewers (M11) adapted to cooking on barbecue, and an adjustable support of grill. The drive system feeds the grill, which can be dismantled and assembled in an independent manner on legs/bases (F17), placed on both sides of the device.
