The vehicle has a frame (12) carried by a wheel carriage with a cross-piece (18) at each end with a wheel train. The train has a cross-brace with arms, each carrying a carrying wheel (32, 34) turning around a hub. Two opposite wheels are aligned in the direction of bearing and shifted in the direction of the cross-piece. Length is equal to the common width of the wheels when the wheel is in support over the ground.
