The system has an empty reservoir (10) containing a dose of fluid product. The reservoir has a water tight stop valve (20) for closing a cylindrical opening (15) of the reservoir. An empty cylindrical tube (35) has an external diameter lesser than an internal diameter of the opening. The stop valve is disposed inside the tube for closing the opening without creating over pressure inside the reservoir. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method for plugging fluid reservoir (b) a device for distributing fluid.
