PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a charge generating material whose charge generating function such as photosensitivity is stable and whose dispersed coating material itself is stable, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus each with the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, a photosensitive layer formed on a conductive support contains a non-conductiveπ-conjugated polymer as a charge generating material. The process cartridge supports, in one, the electrophotographic photoreceptor and at least one device selected from the group consisting of a charging device, a developing device and a cleaning device and is freely attachable to and detachable from the main unit of an electrophotographic apparatus. The electrophotographic apparatus comprises the electrophotographic photoreceptor, a charging device, an imagewise exposing device, a developing device and a transfer device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
