PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spark tester head which can securely inspect an insulation coating film over the whole area of a flat rectangular wire. SOLUTION: A pair of first electrode brushes 1 and 1 which are brought into contact with the flat rectangular wire W from both sides thereof in the thickness direction and a pair of second electrode brushes 2 and 2 which are brought into contact with the flat rectangular wire W from both sides thereof in the width direction are provided so as to be brought into contact with the flat rectangular wire W from the total of four directions. The first electrode brushes 1 and 1 and the second electrode brushes 2 and 2 are disposed at different positions of the flat rectangular wire W in the longitudinal direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
