摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for position and acceleration that has sufficient detection sensitivity even at a low acceleration of 10 G or less, has a simple structure and cannot be broken easily, can be miniaturized and thinned, and does not have concerns about damage to drop and impact. SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor unit has a movable magnet and the winding magnetic impedance type magnetic sensor and obtains a detection voltage corresponding to a change in a magnet position in a magnetic sensor sensitivity axial direction. Additionally, in the magnetic sensor unit, the magnet is enclosed in a hollow pipe, a floating state is maintained by the same pole repulsion in the pipe, and the magnet can be rotated on a two-dimensional plane with the hollow pipe, thus arranging a plurality of magnetic sensors for detecting the vertical acceleration of movement in the two-dimensional direction of the magnet and motion in a rotation direction.
