PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplex heat exchanger capable of being easily accepted and reducing the movement of heat between both. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger comprising a first core part 110 having a plurality of layered first tubes 111 and performing the heat exchange between the outside air and the first fluid circulated in the first tubes 111, and a second core part 210 having a plurality of layered second tubes 211 and performing the heat exchange between the outside air and the second fluid circulated in the second tubes 211, and arranging the first tubes 111 and the second tubes 211 in a state that their longitudinal directions are agreed with each other, and the first core part 110 and the second core part 210 are in series to the flowing direction of the outside air, an elastic member 300 of low heat conductivity is mounted between parts 140, 230 adjacent to each other at outer areas of the first core part 110 and the second core part 210.
