PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling type cooling air (CCA) system (154) to be jointly applied together with a gas turbine cycle (10). SOLUTION: The CCA system includes a shell (158) and a tube heat exchanger (160). Water flow is fed into one or a plurality of tubes, and air flow is provided to the shell side. A part of water (202) from the heat exchanger is evaporated. The two-phase water/steam flow generated as a result is received by a separator (204), and steam (164) is separated from water (162). Saturated steam (164) flows to an HRSG (32), and water (162) from the separator is re-circulated to the heat exchanger. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
