PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive tape obtained using a substrate comprised of a resin composition mainly composed of a polyolefin polymer, wherein the self-adhesive tape satisfies all of the characteristics of flame retardancy, mechanical strengths, heat resistance, flexibility and scratch whitening resistance. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive tape comprises a substrate and a self-adhesive layer, where the resin composition constituting the substrate comprises 100pts.wt. of the polyolefin base polymer containing at least 70wt.% of an ultra-low-density polyethylene having a density of at most 0.89g/cm<SP>3</SP>and 1-30wt.% of an ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer containing at least 30mole% of ethyl acrylate and, incorporated therewith, 80-150pts.wt. of a silane-treated metal hydroxide and 1-15pts.wt. of an auxiliary flame-retardant.
