PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product necessary for the clarification, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases caused by an advanced reaction product in an advanced reaction performed by using acetaldehyde as a reaction substrate to confirm the presence of a reaction product at and after Amadori rearrangement reaction and develop the production method. SOLUTION: The advanced reaction product derived from a low-molecular aldehyde is produced by a reaction system to mix an organic compound in a living body with a≤2C low molecular aldehyde having an aldehyde group and is a reaction product at or after the Amadori rearrangement reaction.
