PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip capable of suppressing lowering in sealing performance, and avoiding a problem such as water leakage. SOLUTION: On a body flange 31 structured by a body panel 30 dividing an interior side and an exterior side of a storage chamber 10 for storing a folding hood, the weather strip 41 for the storage chamber is provided. Both end parts of the weather strip 41 are made from a die molded portion 42, and the other parts are mostly made from an extruded portion. The die molded portion 42 is composed of a trim portion 61 with a generally U-shaped cross-section attached to the body flange 31, and a seal portion 62 substantially dog-legged in cross section and integrally formed with a top portion 61a of the trim portion 61. A base portion of the seal portion 62 is disposed on the widthwise outer side from a center of the top portion 61a of the trim portion 61. Therefore, tilting of not only the trim portion 61 when a cover element 32 is closed, but also the die molded portion 42 is regulated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
