PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head capable of sustaining good ink ejection characteristics and ensuring stabilized ink ejection characteristics while arranging piezoelectric elements at a high density, and to provide its manufacturing process and a liquid ejector. SOLUTION: A lower electrode 60 is patterned in the vicinity of the longitudinal end part of a pressure generating chamber 12 and a piezoelectric active part 320, substantially the driving part of a piezoelectric element 300, is formed in a region facing each pressure generating chamber 12 and wiring 110 is led out from an upper electrode 80, i.e. the discrete electrode of the piezoelectric element, to a terminal part 120. A part of each wiring 110 is covered continuously with an insulating film 130 provided not to cover the piezoelectric active part 320, and at least a part of bypass wiring 140 extending from the lower electrode 60, i.e. the common electrode of the piezoelectric element 300, to the terminal part 120 is formed on the insulating film 130.
