PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic tape heater and a surface heating element which are surely fitted to a curved face of a heated body and which can be freely cut in required length. SOLUTION: Between two power supply wires, these elastic tape heater and surface heating element have a net part in which exothermic wires are connected in parallel with the power supply wires.
