<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a publishing of contents fit for user's desire on the date a user desires, and to inform the user of completion of printing and bookbinding of the publication. <P>SOLUTION: A management device 50 is connected to publishing company servers respectively installed in publishing companies A, B, C, previously acquires electronic data on placed articles of published magazines of the respective companies from the respective publishing companies, and stores the electronic data. The user accesses a Web site provided by the management device 50 by use of a cellphone 30, inputs a reception-desiring article and the reception date, and transmits the article and the date to the management device 50. An image forming apparatus 10 receives provision article information based on the reception-desiring article from the management device 50, and executes the printing and the bookbinding of the received provision article information by the reception date the user desires.
