SEALING DEVICE HAVING ASSEMBLY TOOL FOR CONNECTION AND USED FOR INTERSPACE IN TRANSITION REGION OF TWO WELL PIPES OF DIFFERENT DIAMETERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective sealing device assembled from above through an upper support pipe of large diameter to seal the ground.

SOLUTION: A bell-shaped base body 17 of of the assembly tool 1 has an approximately j-shaped slit 19 in an intermediate region. The slit has a first vertical driving face 19a for rotating a holding pin 12 and a lower sealing sleeve 6 of a tool bush 10 during the counterclockwise rotation of the assembly tool; a vertical slit part allowing axial relative displacement between the base body 17 and the tool bush as far as the form-fitting engagement of the rotating drive member 16 behind the driving face 15 of a clamping ring; and a second vertical stop face 19c. The stop face limits rotation for clamping a packing 13 into a rotational position where the clamping ring 14 grips the lower part of a locking lug 11 of the tool bush.
