PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing lifespans of high temperature gas turbine components, capable of evaluating and managing a state of fatigue of a high temperature component for a gas turbine with high accuracy, and a program medium for performing this method for managing the lifespans of the high temperature gas turbine components on a computer. SOLUTION: In the method for managing the lifespans of the high temperature gas turbine components, a method for setting the lifespan of the high temperature component to be evaluated within an operating area 3 bounded by a component life limit line 1 that is determined on the basis of field data giving the correlation between operating time, operating cycles and the state of fatigue of past high temperature components, is adopted. In the program medium, a medium provided with a program applying this method for managing the lifespans of the high temperature gas turbine components, is adopted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
