PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration and noise of a motor in an image blurring correcting mechanism using the motor. SOLUTION: A horizontal drive frame 36 holds integrally two correcting lenses, and a vertical drive frame 32 holds the horizontal drive frame 36 to be movable in a horizontal direction. A longitudinal actuator 130 is fixed to a third support member 60 fixed to a body, and both ends of the shaft 134 of the longitudinal actuator 130 are held by two transfer members 72, 73 fixed to the vertical drive frame 32. Then, a setting 82 and a screw 64 for fitting the longitudinal actuator 130 to the third support member 60 is formed of a damping alloy and a damping plate members 76, 78 are provided between the shaft 134 and the transfer members 72, 74, thereby efficiently preventing the occurrence of vibration and abnormal noise due to the longitudianl actuator 130.
