摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing cyclic chlorophosphazene trimer with high yield and high selectivity by allowing chlorinated phosphorous to react with ammonium chloride in the presence of a catalyst without using an organic solvent. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing chlorophosphazene oligomer from chlorinated phosphorus and ammonium chloride in the presence of a catalyst without using a solvent is carried out by previously charging the reaction system with ammonium chloride and feeding vaporized chlorinated phosphorus to the system at a rate of 10<SP>-4</SP>to 10 mol/hour with respect to 1 mol of the ammonium chloride to react.
