PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication traffic in data communications and to accelerate communication speed to a higher one. SOLUTION: A data communication function table associated with communications is made common to judge whether or not communication equipment is capable of performing a data communication based on a spontaneous communication or a communication in response to a request, to decide a transmitting data class, to acquire the number of data and each of data identification information and to perform the data communication while dividing data into optimal size and in the data communication, the communication traffic is reduced and the communication is accelerated.
