PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate the gain drop of an amplifier circuit in a high frequency range, and to suppress the input impedance increase of the amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: While a feedback resister 2 is connected between the drain terminal and the gate terminal of a source grounded transistor 1 to form a feedback circuit, an inductor 6 is connected to a load resistor 3 connected to the drain terminal of the source grounded transistor 1 in series. According to the arrangement, open loop gain drop is suppressed in a high frequency range, and the input impedance increase is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
