PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a portable receiver on a movable article and detect where the article is or where the article is transported to, by calling the portable receiver and alarming an incoming call of the portable receiver more surely, with respect to the portable receiver, such as a pager, a business field PHS terminal, or a portable telephone. SOLUTION: An indication lamp for detecting an incoming call is added to the receiver, and thereby the incoming call indicator for certifying the call to the receiver more surely can be offered.
