PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interphone system in a condominium for responding to a call by a lobby interphone to a person in a common place and setting easily for preventing mischief. SOLUTION: The interphone system in a condominium includes a lobby interphone 1 installed at an entrance of the condominium, a home information board 2 installed at each dwelling unit of the condominium, and an alarm monitoring board 3 installed at an administrative room M of the condominium and connected to the lobby interphone 1 and the home information board. In the interphone system in the condominium for responding to the call by the lobby interphone 1, a front interphone connected to the alarm monitoring board 3 and installed at a common place of the condominium for responding to the call by the lobby interphone 1 is provided.
