PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a joint cut material capable of simply, surely and temporarily fixing the joint cut material and having remarkable strength in the case it is constructed as a concrete surface, a construction method making use of the fixing device, and a concrete construction surface. SOLUTION: The fixing device for the joint cut material is so constituted that the joint cut material is placed on the construction surface d of a skeleton b and that an adhering device 3 is fixedly adhered to the joint cut material 2 and the construction surface d of the skeleton b.
