PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable soundproof device capable of being manufactured at a low cost with a comparatively simple structure without being specially required of a power source for a driving source. SOLUTION: The movable soundproof device comprises a sound insulation wall (1, 1 or the like) moved upward from a predetermined position and having a predetermined area so as to insulate the inside thereof and a driving device (20) driving the sound insulation wall (1, 1 or the like) from the predetermined position to above.
