PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher wherein the taking in and out of dishes is facilitated by increasing a pulling out amount for the taking in and out of a washing tub from the dish washer body by sliding rails. SOLUTION: For an internal tub 34 provided in the washing tub 32, a taper angle is formed in such a manner that the opening area may increase toward the top. Then, the sliding rails 33 are attached in such a manner that the washing tub 32 can be pulled out to a location wherein the upper part or the lower part of the rear wall of the internal tub 34, or the rear end part of a dish housing area of a dish basket 36 is located on the forward side from the front end of the dish washer main body 31, a kitchen cabinet 40 or a counter top 61.
