PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a tea leaf transportation apparatus which can simply receive and connect a plucker to a tea leaf receiver in a small space and can save the consumption of power, in a traveling type tea leaf-plucking machine in which the plucker and the tea leaf receiver are disposed below a gate type frame and behind and above the plucker, respectively. SOLUTION: The plucker is connected to the tea leaf receiver through a vertically disposed transportation duct. A rotator for blowing up pressurized air from the lower end of the transportation duct to transport the plucked tea leaves is disposed in the plucker. The rear end of a bottom plate curved along the rotator is connected to the transportation duct disposed behind the plucker to transport the plucked tea leaves. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
