An autism treatment system and method whereby a patient is evaluated to ascertain the patient=s strengths in at least five core developmental domains. The evaluations are input into a computer running a specially designed program. The program outputs a ranking of the domains according to the patient's level of functionality in each domain. Each of these levels of functionality is individually broken down into a plurality of sub-levels and the relative development or each sub-level is then graphically displayed. Suggested treatment plan topics follow the sub-levels.
