An order reception program is executed to cause a computer to function as processing sequence storage means 15c, display item setting means 15d, order reception screen creation means 15f, order history information storage means 15i, display method modification means 15j, and the like. A screen of an order reception terminal displays only an item which has been selected in the preceding step and items which can be selected at the current step according to the selection result. Moreover, each item references a predetermined option or order history information and a recommended option is discernibly displayed. Accordingly, even a person not accustomed to the order reception terminal operation can easily perform order reception only by performing selection according to the screen.
