PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain large needle pressure by small overdrive. SOLUTION: The probe comprises at least two beltlike plate members which are elastically deformable and are arranged at an interval in the direction of their thickness, at least two spacers joined to one end part and the other end part of each of the adjoining plate members, and a contact which projects out from one end part of one plate member toward an opposite side to the spacers and has a needle tip in the shape of a cone or pyramid.
